Ionic Foot Bath

While immersing your feet in the water, positive and negative ions are emitted by the footbath system. This reenergizes the body and red blood cells. This type of system is described as a Detoxification machine because the response of a rebalanced body is to excrete any excess toxins via the kidneys, liver, bowels and skin. This process not only occurs DURING a detox footbath session, but also AFTER a treatment. The footbath triggers the body’s lymphatic system and continues to detoxify for the next 24 to 48 hours. The entire process takes approximately 30-40 minutes for adults and is completely safe to use.

Studies show that an overall balancing effect occurs coupled with a significant increase in the number of negative ions. Ions are atoms, or molecules, that have lost or gained electrons [Free radicals are unpaired electrons]. If the atoms or molecules lose electrons, they become positively charged ions. If they gain electrons, they become negatively charged ions. The ionic technique of cleansing through feet provides a full-body purge of all vital organs, resulting in reduced menopause symptoms, menstrual cramps, sexual health problems, skin problems, acne, sleep problems, restlessness, stress, toothaches, wrinkles, aches and pains and yeast infections. The internal cleansing can also assist in faster disease healing and injury recovery.

Because of poor diet and high stress, we tend to accumulate and store excessive quantities of toxins and overall waste products. During a 30-minute session, the ions enter your body and begin to neutralize these tissue acid wastes. This process is called reverse osmosis.

Nutritional Counseling

It has been said that you are what you eat.  In many ways, that statement still holds true.  Eating junk results in a junky body.  What we put into our body controls how our body works (or not).  Overall, ‘diets’ as we know them don’t work.  To be healthy, we have to understand that food is fuel not our entertainment or pleasure.  Diets need to be exchanged for lifestyle changes.  A lifestyle of eating healthy creates a body that reflects health from the inside out.

Processed foods, sugar, many carbohydrates, and other junk not only are void of nutrients for your body, but also will leave you wanting more.  It is proven that sugar causes a plethora of health issues from diabetes to heart disease to cancer.  Eliminating foods that are processed and have sugar is a great first step in your health, but it isn't the only step.  There are a handful of changes that will make a drastic improvement to how your body is functioning. Here are some general tips: cut out grains, eliminate sugars (including fruits other than berries and granny smith apples), increase good fats (like nuts, avocados and coconut oil) and keep up on the good, clean proteins (like grass-fed/pasture raised).

When your body is lacking vital nutrients it will tell you through symptoms such as:

-headaches
-food cravings
-unexplained weight gain
-being chronically tired
-getting sick often
-and even depression or anxiety

Are you frustrated with not knowing how to best fuel your body. Everyone's body is unique and needs specific nutrients for them. If you want to learn more about how to best fuel your body schedule a consultation with Dr. K today at Triumph.

VibePlate

VibePlate therapy uses gentle, whole-body vibration to support circulation, muscle activation, and nervous system engagement. While standing, sitting, or performing light movements on the platform, the body responds to subtle vibrations that stimulate muscles and encourage increased blood flow. This process activates muscles reflexively, allowing the body to engage and respond without high-impact movement.

Many people use VibePlate therapy to support balance, mobility, lymphatic flow, and overall body awareness. Because the vibrations are low-impact and adjustable, this therapy can be appropriate for a wide range of individuals, including those looking for gentle support during recovery, stress regulation, or wellness-focused care. Sessions are brief and can be easily incorporated into a visit without adding strain or fatigue.

VibePlate therapy is often used alongside chiropractic and other wellness services to support the body’s ability to adapt, stabilize, and function efficiently. By engaging muscles and stimulating the nervous system in a controlled way, it offers an additional layer of support for overall movement, coordination, and whole-body wellness.

Hormone Balancing

Your brain communicates primarily through your spinal cord and nerves. Hormones are the second way your body communicates with the body. Hormones are chemicals that are produced by glands in the endocrine system. They travel through your bloodstream to the tissues and organs, delivering messages that tell the organs what to do and when to do it. Hormones play a crucial role in regulating our development, mood, reproductive health, and metabolism. Chronic stress, toxins, certain lifestyle habits and environmental factors all contribute to throwing hormones off balance.

Women in particular are more likely to experience hormone imbalance when their hormones are shifting such as during puberty, menstruation, pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause. If you are entering any of these phases of your life and want to be proactive in supporting your hormones, contact Dr. K for more information.

If your hormones are imbalanced you may experience:

-low energy
-headaches
-digestive issues
-depression
-anxiety
-hair thinning
-insomnia
-food cravings
-infertility
-night sweats
-decreased sex drive
-autoimmunity

Detox Programs

When people talk about living healthy, it is commonly known to eat healthy food and exercise regularly. But, how many take the next step by identifying toxic and harmful substances in our everyday life and decreasing their use? Every day you're bombarded with environmental toxins you can't control which are found in our food, water, air and even products in your home! In fact, the moment you entered the world you had already been exposed to over 200 toxins. The first step is to gain knowledge on what toxins these are and then start to slowly decrease them from our home and body.

You may be thinking, what's the big deal? Well, imagine your body is a bucket. Things your body can't process or get rid of goes into this bucket. Overtime, the bucket gets more and more full until it overflows. Everyone's bucket is a different size and the way we know it's overflowed is different.

The overflow can show up in your body as:

-skin issues such as acne or rashes
-brain fog and fatigue
-bloating and/or constipation
-moodiness
-allergies
-autoimmunity
-sensitivity to chemicals such as caffeine, alcohol or prescription medications
and others

There are two things you can do to empty your bucket or prevent it from overflowing. First it's most helpful to identify harmful substances in your home and personal care products and switch to safer and toxin-free options. Then you can detox your body from the toxins that are being held in your cells. This is different from a food or juice cleanse. Specific detox programs can be tailored to your unique needs so that the toxins can be removed from your cells more efficiently.

LUMEBOX Red Light & Near-Infrared Light Therapy

LumeBox therapy uses red and near-infrared (NIR) light to support the body at a cellular level. These specific wavelengths of light are able to penetrate the skin and underlying tissues, where they interact with cells to support energy production, circulation, and the body’s natural repair processes. Unlike heat-based therapies, light therapy works without raising body temperature, making sessions gentle and comfortable.

Red and near-infrared light therapy is commonly used to support muscle recovery, joint comfort, skin health, and overall cellular function. By encouraging increased blood flow and supporting mitochondrial activity, this therapy helps cells function more efficiently, which plays an important role in healing, inflammation response, and tissue regeneration.

LumeBox sessions are non-invasive and relaxing, often used as part of a wellness routine focused on recovery, nervous system support, and long-term resilience. When incorporated alongside chiropractic care and other supportive therapies, red and near-infrared light therapy offers an additional tool to help the body adapt, restore, and function at its best.
