Hello
I’m a wife, mom of three boys, and a chiropractor who is passionate about helping families live confidently and proactively. My heart is especially for moms who are tired of making health decisions from fear and want to understand how God designed their bodies to function and heal.
My Story
I did not grow up dreaming of being a chiropractor. I actually wanted to be a veterinarian. But after a car accident in high school and years of dealing with headaches, allergies, PMS, and just not feeling well, God started redirecting my path.
In college I studied nutrition, trying to figure out how the body really works and why mine was not functioning the way it should. Around that time I began working for a chiropractor who adjusted me consistently and taught me what it meant to actually steward my health.
That is when everything changed.
I saw firsthand that the body was not fragile. It was designed intelligently. It was capable of healing when interference was removed and when we supported it the way God intended.
Through consistent chiropractic care, better nutrition, and lifestyle changes, I stopped taking allergy medication, headaches became rare, my cycle regulated, I lost weight, and I no longer felt like I was constantly fighting my body. That experience solidified what I already knew in my spirit; this was what I was called to do.
For more than ten years now, I have had the privilege of caring for families in my hometown. My heart is especially for moms. I know the pressure they carry. I know how easy it is to live reactively and make decisions from fear. I also know the freedom that comes when you understand how your body works and feel confident leading your family’s health proactively.
I use a neurologically based technique called Torque Release Technique because I have experienced personally how powerful and gentle it can be. My goal is not just to get someone out of pain. It is to improve how their nervous system functions so their whole body can adapt and heal better.
At home, I am first a wife and mom. My husband Adam and I are raising three boys on an acreage where we homeschool, raise animals, and try to live as close to the land as we can. We are not perfect at it, but we are committed. We believe in hard work, simple food, strong faith, and doing our best to honor the bodies God gave us.
Everything I have built, both personally and professionally, I attribute to my faith in Jesus. He has been faithful to guide every step, from choosing chiropractic school, to opening my own practice, to building Triumph into something that serves families at the level we're able to today. This is not just healthcare to me. It is discipleship in stewardship. It is helping families understand they were created intentionally and can live with confidence, not fear. I could not ask for more.
